I am an experienced corporate flight attendant with extensive experience in commercial and corporate aviation. I have worked for part 91 and 135 flight operations with heavy jet and International experience. I bring my passion and expertise for fresh, creative cooking ideas onboard, along with VIP service.
As a commercial flight attendant and expat, I traveled the world, and along the way, developed a passion for great local cuisine and a desire to share it with others. After attending Tante Marie Culinary Academy in London and earning a Cordon Bleu Certificate, I knew I had to combine my enthusiasm and experience in aviation and my culinary passion into the perfect job.
Using my skills as a classically trained chef allows me to deliver excellent dining experiences aboard private aircraft. I plan, shop and prepare a customized menu based on client specifications. I strive to give everyone aboard a unique and memorable dining experience.
